I just got off an EXTREMELY HELPFUL 1h business consultation call with Helena Harris from S&S. She went over our rough sketch business model (purchased her Business Planning Package $165 -GOOD TOOL! – to use prior to the consultation call). Helena gave so much constructive and detailed feedback on property and zoning considerations to investigate and talked brass tacks on revenue streams and run rate estimates. Using her package spreadsheet she can show you what you would need to charge for various services to meet revenue goals. She offered strategies on which capital investments to pursue first in order to make the business work. Helena is smart, knowledgeable, energetic, realistic and very nice to work with. She is just as nifty on a business consultation Zoom meeting as she is on her amazing Stall & Stable podcast which I love!
