Helena Harris, Managing Director

Helena brings over 25 years of horse experience and business expertise to the Stall and Stable mission. Her career began in software, but after years of honing her creative and tech skills, she eventually combined her passion for horses with her professional skills and landed full time in the equestrian industry.

Her corporate background includes roles as a software account executive, project manager, product manager, creative director, and corporate communications specialist. She’s worked for, and with, companies like Thomson Reuters, Sybase/SAP, Citigroup, Royal Caribbean, Goldman Sachs, and the U.S. government. From managing design projects and client services teams, to PR campaigns for publicly-traded companies, Helena’s experience is broad.

In addition to her corporate work, she served as a marketing specialist in the equestrian industry for 13 years. During that time, she regularly attended events sponsored by the American Equestrian Trade Association (AETA), where she worked with numerous business owners on strategies unique to the equestrian marketplace.

Helena has a degree in Environmental Studies and Public Policy from Ramapo College of New Jersey. She volunteers her time to land and agricultural conservation efforts.
